Meet Our Team
Dr. Paul Collins
Senior Partner
Dr. Collins is a renowned international expert with over 28 years of experience across several countries in Sub-Saharan Africa and the United Kingdom. He has worked in both the private and public sectors, and recently provided short-term consulting services funded by the EU, USAID, and the World Bank.
In The Gambia, Dr. Collins played a pivotal role in developing the internal audit framework for the Ministry of Finance, which included the creation of strategic plans and support for Public Financial Management reforms in 2019. In Liberia, he collaborated with national experts in 2023 to conduct a comprehensive review of at least 11 logging concessions in the forestry sector, funded by the Norwegian government through the World Bank.
Dr. Collins is instrumental in shaping the post-civil conflict reform of the accountancy profession in Liberia, having developed concept papers and strategic plans that led to the administration of Certified Public Accountant exams in the country for the first time. Furthermore, he established an internal audit framework that revolutionized the public sector internal auditing model, significantly enhancing systems and controls.
Dr. Collins holds a Master of Science in International Business Economics, a Master of Laws in International Commercial Law, and a PhD in Economics. He is a Fellow and member of the UK-based Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a Certified Public Accountant with the Liberian Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a Certified Internal Auditor from the USA-based Institute of Internal Auditors. Additionally, he is the Founder and Senior Partner of Gedei & Associates, an assurance and business advisory firm based in Liberia.

Andrew is a certified accountant with expertise in IFRS compliance, public finance management, and asset management software. With over a decade of experience in auditing and financial reporting, Andrew has played a key role in helping organizations implement automated accounting systems and transition to IFRS.

Blamo Wreh Nimely
Senior Manager

Mr. Nimely is a Liberian scholar. He holds an MSc in Accounting with distinction from North Hampton University, United Kingdom. He is a United Kingdom Chartered Certified Accountant, licensed with the Liberian institute of Certified Public Accountants (LICPA), He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner. Mr. Nimely is a member of the Association Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), the Liberian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (LICPA) and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) in Texas, USA.
Blamo qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2020. He is a member of the Liberia Institute of Certified Public Accountants (LICPA) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK with more than 12 years of professional experience in the multinational and public sectors of which over 6 years have been in practice. Blamo is also a licensed tax practitioner. His proficiency includes Audit and Assurance Services, Company Secretarial Services, Taxation, Regulatory Compliance Services, and Strategic Business Services.
Mr. Nimely has experienced worked donor projects, including SIDA, USAID, EU, Global Fund, ANSARM, etc.
